If you are planning a stay at our The Muskokan Resort Club this summer, whether as a cottage owner, or cottage renter, here are some items that you might consider packing:

·        A swimsuit – so that you can take advantage of the heated outdoor pool, lake and onsite kayaks, paddleboards and canoes

·        Life vests for your children – although the Resort supplies adult life vests, we do not supply children’s life vests so if your little ones will be joining you on or in the water they will need an appropriate personal floatation device (PFD).

·        Pool noodles, flutter boards or other pool/beach toys – if your kids have favourite water and beach toys be sure to bring them along to maximize playtime by the water

·        Hiking shoes – there are local hiking trails throughout Muskoka and rain or shine, the vistas are absolutely stunning.  Stop by the Sales Office for trail information.

Thinking about bringing your boat?  That’s a great idea.  Our dock fits boats up to 24 feet.  Boat slips are first to come, first serve but don’t worry there’s generally room for everyone.

The Muskokan Resort Club villas are fully stocked with linens, bath towels, beach towels, pots and pan, utensils, appliances, a BBQ, flower vases, an emergency flashlight, laundry detergent and toilet paper so you won’t have to pack any of those items.  We also start you off with hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, dishcloths, paper towels and dishwasher detergent so that once you’ve cooked a gourmet meal, clean-up will be a breeze.

Still not sure if you need to bring something?  If you have any questions, please contact us at sales@muskokanclub.com.  We would be happy to let you know if it’s available on site or if you should bring it along for your vacation.
