I am responsible for the care of my villa and I agree that any damages will be charged to the credit card provided. I agree to adhere to the Rules of the Muskokan Resort Club that include but are not limited to the following: • CHECK-IN time is strictly 4pm. • CHECK-OUT time is strictly 11am. A fine of $250 will be imposed on late check outs. • NUMBER OF OVERNIGHT OCCUPANTS is limited to eight (8) individuals in Carlings and ten (10) individuals in the other Villas. A fine of $250 per day will be imposed if you exceed maximum overnight limits. • All villas are NON-SMOKING, including the Muskoka room. The Boathouse, Pool House and Clubhouse are also non-smoking. A penalty of $500 will be imposed for violating this policy. • All VEHICLES must be parked in the parking lot at all times except when loading and unloading. A fine of $250 per incident will be imposed for violating this policy. • Please have your GARBAGE out on your porch between 10am-11am for pick up. • PETS must remain on leashes at all times when outdoors, unless you are on the dog beach. Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of in a pet waste receptacle (Pet Friendly villas have dog waste receptacles on the front porch). Pets are not to be brought into the common buildings or any villa designated as Pet Free. A fine of $500 per incident will be imposed for violating this policy. • PERSONS UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE must be accompanied by a person 18 years or older at the Boathouse, Clubhouse and Pool area. • No GLASS CONTAINERS at the Boathouse, on the beach or at the Pool area. Please use the waste receptacles located in the Boathouse / Pool House. • No JET SKIS are allowed on the water in front of the property. A fine of $250 per incident will be imposed for violating this policy. • BOAT SLIPS are only available for boats that are 24 feet and under and are to be booked through the Concierge. There is a charge of $500 per slip for the week or $75 per night. • LIFE JACKETS must be worn at all times during water sports activities. Life jackets are not provided by the Muskokan. • No guests of the property are allowed in the BASEMENTS of Carling and Sandfield villas. • All AMENITIES are to be returned to their original place of origin. • QUIET ENJOYMENT: Please respect your fellow guests during your stay. • Rented GOLF CARTS are permitted on the property, as long as all golf cart responsibilities (available in the black binder) are followed at all times. A fine of $250 per incident will be imposed for violating any of the golf cart rules. • Upon departure, please follow the CHECK OUT RESPONSIBILITIES provided in your villa. An extra cleaning fee of $250 will be imposed for villas requiring extra cleaning. If any of these rules are not followed you will be subject to the appropriate fine (plus tax) and/or asked to leave the Resort and forfeit your stay. If damages and/or fines incurred during your stay exceed your $1,000 preauthorization, the outstanding charges will be passed along to the owner of the villa. The owner of the villa may then choose to pursue legal action to reclaim these outstanding charges.
